CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES
CAMPSITES: Check-in between 2pm and 8pm; Check-out by 12pm.
(Early in / late out, $5.00 / hr. additional charge, IF site is available.)
CABINS / COTTAGES: Check-in between 2pm and 8pm; Check-out by 11am.
(Early in / late out, $10.00 / hr. additional charge, if unit is available.)
Cabin / Cottage arrivals past 9:00 pm will be charged a late check in fee of $25.

PET POLICY
Lazy J is a "Pet Friendly" park. We welcome you and your pets (up to 2 per site).
o All dogs must be registered at check in.
o Dogs must be current on their rabies vaccination.
o All dogs must be on a leash (max 6' length) when outside your unit.
o Always pick up after them promptly.
o Do not leave pets unattended when you are away from your site unless they are inside your camper.
o If you leave your dog(s) in a camper while you are away, please insure that they do not bark and disturb other campers.
o Pets are not permitted in any park buildings, in or around the pool area, or in the lake.

If all pet owners cooperate, we will continue to welcome pets at the Lazy J!

CAMPSITE RESERVATIONS (CONFIRMATION IS EMAILED UPON RECEIPT OF PAYMENT)
o A deposit of one day’s site fee is required to reserve a campsite.
o Bookings for 6 or more days require a 25% reservation deposit.
o Persons under 21 years of age must pay a (refundable) security deposit at check -in.
o Holiday Weekends: 3 day minimum & payment in full at the time of booking.
o One RV or tent permitted per campsite - no exceptions.
o Personal checks are not accepted for payment at check in.

CABIN / COTTAGE RESERVATIONS (CONFIRMATION IS EMAILED UPON RECEIPT OF PAYMENT)
o Weekend reservations accepted for 2 day minimum only.
o Payment in full is required at time of booking for any Cabin / Cottage reservation.
o No pets or smoking permitted in units.
o Must be 21 years of age or older for Cabin or Cottage rental.
o Holiday Weekends: 3 day minimum & payment in full at the time of reservation.
o A $100.00 refundable security deposit is required at check-in. Credit card or cash only.
o Any costs for repair of damages or excessive cleaning will be deducted from the deposit.
o Campers must bring their own linens, pillows and towels. (Sheets and towels are
available at an additional charge, please inquire at time of reservation.)
o No additional tents permitted on the same site as a Cabin or Cottage.
o Personal checks are not accepted for payment at check in.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Full refund of site or unit deposit minus a cancellation fee of $20/site or $50/Cab or Ctg with minimum notice.
Minimum notice for RV/Tent Sites: 14 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK IN
Minimum notice for Cabins/Cottages: 30 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK IN
Service charges for reservations booked online are not refundable.
ALL Holiday reservations are NON-REFUNDABLE.

RESERVATIONS MADE AFTER THESE DEADLINES
WILL REQUIRE A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT.

SORRY, NO REFUNDS WITHOUT MINIMUM NOTICE AND NO
REFUNDS FOR EARLY CHECK-OUT, INCLEMENT WEATHER OR
UNAVAILABILITY OF ANY AMENITIES.
